Golden Eagle Lodge – 4-day Fishing Trip

Travel day prior to stay with Golden Eagle Lodge
• Travel from home to Winnipeg, Manitoba

• Overnight at the (will advise)


Day 1

• Depart (hotel) @ 5:30 AM to catch the Golden Eagle charter

• Arrive in Lynn Lake at approximately 9:30 AM

• Arrive at Golden Eagle Lodge via float plane at approximately 10:00 AM

• After a hearty hot breakfast and a short orientation guests go to their cabins to
meet their guides and get ready for fishing

• Stop at the store / tackle shop on the way to the dock to obtain your fishing
license, beverages for the day and any tackle, etc. you may require

• Prior to noon depart the dock for the first day’s fishing

• Return to the lodge at about 6:00 PM

• Appetizers and cocktails in the main lodge

• Dinner is served at 7:00 pm

• Lounge open all evening


Day 2

• Guides deliver coffee, tea or juice and light fires in cabins at 6:30 am

• Breakfast is served in the lodge at 7:00 AM

• Guides are ready to depart the dock any time after 7:30 AM

• Full day of fishing with shore lunch or sandwiches on the water

• Appetizers and cocktails are served in the lounge at 6:00 PM

• Dinner is served at 7:00 PM

• Lounge open all evening


Day 3 and 4

• Repeat of day 2


Day 5 (departure day)

• Guides deliver coffee, tea or juice and light fires in cabins at 6:00 am

• Breakfast is served in the lodge at 6:30 AM

• Guides will gather up all the luggage and have it ready at the dock

• 1st Float plane arrives approx 8:30 -9:30 am to bring in new guests and fly
you back to Lynn Lake to board our charter to Winnipeg
